Skill points are spent to learn skills and raise their level. Stat points raise your character's stats: POW, VIT, SPI, DEX and STA. You get both from levellng up and from certain quests.

Points from quests
Skill points
50 quests give skill points. The biggest rewards:
- Qualification Test 2: 25 skill points (level 237+)
- Qualification Test 1: 24 skill points (level 227+)
- Break the limit: 23 skill points
- 3rd Evolution: 22 skill points
- Encounter and Good Bye: 18 skill points
- Preordained Meeting: 17 skill points
- Battle Abilities Verification V: 7 skill points (level 167+)
- Battle Abilities Verification IV: 6 skill points (level 166+)
- Collecting the Items: 5 skill points (level 144+)
- Battle Abilities Verification III: 5 skill points (level 165+)

Stat points
13 quests give stat points, 41 in total, by level:
Some quests share a name, such as the Force Field Authentication quests. Each one is a separate quest in the game data.
Spending skill points
- Each skill page has a Levels table with the skill point cost of every level, plus the character level, stats and other skill it needs.
- A skill that requires another skill needs that skill at a set level first.
- Plan a build before spending: the skill build planner adds up the skill points and shows the character level a build needs.

How much each point gives depends on your class.
- Weapons, gear and skills list the stats they need.
- You can still equip a weapon if you are up to 15 points short of its stat requirement.
